Listen to the Purple Inspiration Podcast

I loved sitting down with Gina Piper. We talked about what it really takes to embrace change and build something that lasts. After 31 years in real estate, she’s sold more than 1,500 homes and reached $1 billion in sales volume, all while staying deeply rooted in the Tri-Valley community she grew up in.

Gina has been voted Pleasanton’s Best Realtor for nine years running and ranked among the top 100 agents in the Bay Area for 18 years. She opened her own company, Elation Realty, right in the middle of the uncertainty of 2020, and she’s poured just as much heart into the Valley Humane Society, helping raise more than $100,000 for animal care.

Her story is a good reminder that resilience, real relationships, and a willingness to keep learning still win.
