I’ve been appointed as a Commissioner to California’s Fair Political Practices Commission by State Controller Malia M. Cohen.
Service has always been at the center of my work, whether in government, nonprofits, or community roles. Over the years I’ve had the chance to serve on both sides of the aisle, and I’ve seen how much more we can accomplish when we focus on solutions instead of division. That’s part of why I started the Purple Inspiration Podcast, and it’s part of why I said yes to this appointment.
I’m honored to serve and look forward to supporting the Commission’s work on transparency and accountability.
